PATRICK M. HANEY has been a Founder, Director and President of the Company since 1992. He began factoring in 1987 and was involved primarily in the area of healthcare receivables, eventually becoming the preferred provider of these services to the Louisiana Hospital Association. Prior to his involvement in the factoring industry, he raised venture capital for a number of industries including real estate, oil and gas, and healthcare. Mr. Haney attended Louisiana State University from 1969 - 1972.

JACK A. TALKINGTON joined the Company in January 2001 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, he served as a Senior Vice President for a major home equity and sub-prime lender where his role included that of Controller and Operational Officer. His background also includes public accounting and financial institution experience. Mr. Talkington graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 1978 with a Bachelor degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bob Bacon, Vice President; 10 years with Crestmark Commercial Capital, over 20 years cumulative experience in both commercial finance and factoring. Bob also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Christy Morgan, Vice President Underwriting; 13 years service with Crestmark Commercial Capital Member of the following organizations: Louisiana Notary Association, Financial Management Association, National Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma. Graduated Southeastern Louisiana University Magna Cum Laude - B.S Finance.

Brett Hossley, Vice President Credit Administration; 7 years with Crestmark Commercial Capital, over 20 years cumulative experience in finance and accounts receivable factoring.

Ronny Pike, Vice President Transportation Finance; 7 months with Crestmark Commercial Capital, prior to joining CCL, Ronny was the Sales Manager for a transportation factoring company for 5 years. Ronny brings over 15 years total sales experience.

Tara Norwood, Senior Accounting Manager; 9 years service with Crestmark Commercial Capital.

Sevie Datz, Accounting Assistant; over 5 years with Crestmark Commercial Capital.

Michelle Myers, Business Development Officer; 1 year service with Crestmark Commercial Capital, over 10 years management and sales experience in the financial industry. Graduate of Louisiana State University- B.F.A. Graphic Design and Art History, series 6 and 63 licensed member of the NASD.

Theresa Martin, Credit Analyst; over 3 years with Crestmark Commercial Capital, 15 plus years experience in the credit industry.

Tiffany Monier, Compliance Officer; 21/2 years with Crestmark Commercial Capital, prior to joining CCL, Tiffany was the lead-trainer of one of the factoring industry leading Software for 5 years. Help analyze and implement new procedures for many factors that were using different types of DOS programs. In addition, was a Factoring Operation Manger for Louisiana's biggest bank and worked in the banking industry for over 15 years.
